DMPD Badge

The Administrative Division is responsible for handling the day-to-day operations of the police department. These responsibilities include setting department policy, overseeing personnel, managing the department fleet, upgrading and maintaining equipment, and yearly budgeting. Our administrative staff work together under the direction of Chief Jim Hilton to run an efficient and effective police department.
